Harri and Charley have come to Woodlands because their home stopped being a safe place for them. The family dog recently began attacking the cats, and for the girls’ safety, the difficult decision was made to hand them in. It’s a situation no one could have predicted, and it’s no reflection on these two lovely girls. They deserve to feel secure again, and through all of this they have had each other.

Harri is a pretty tabby, aged three years and four months, and Charley is a beautiful blue tortie, aged two years and four months. Right now, both girls are very scared. After what they’ve been through, that’s completely understandable. They’re still processing a frightening time, and they need gentle reassurance and space while they learn that they’re safe. The one thing that helps them most is each other. Their close bond is their comfort, and they’ll be rehomed together so that neither has to face a new start alone.

Both girls are neutered and are suited to indoor living, which will give them a calm, secure base to build their confidence from. They’re suitable for homes with older children who understand the need to be quiet and patient around nervous cats. After their experiences with the dog, they’ll be happiest in a peaceful home without dogs, where they can relax knowing they’re safe.
