Tiggy (a.k.a. Elsie)
Elsie, as she was known, was surrendered on financial grounds when her owners faced eviction. With it being a multi-cat household, Elsie came as part of a package which included 3 four week old kittens. After 115 days in our care, Elsie found her new forever home, where she has settled into life beautifully:
"Tiggy (formely elsie) has really settled in well to the household. Within a couple of days she had ventured all around the house and was eating and using her litter tray. She did escape out of a window before her 6 week quarantine but returned within a hour or so. She’s been locked in next doors garage twice...we think she likes it in there but neighbours have been very good and now shut the door when gardening.
She’s also now coming into the same room as my grandchildren when they visit.
I’ve never had a female cat before and she is so loving...always lies on me at night when watching tv, which she loves - especially nature programmes! She is definitely one of the family now and we are so happy.
